Day 13 of the 300 Mile Challenge - Birthday Edition!

 Thursday, August 13th was going to be a busy day.  I was trying to figure out how I can squeeze a ride in between my work schedule and my birthday.  The only thing the worked was to do a morning bike ride before work.  When I got up and went outside, the marine layer was thick and it was drizzling out.  I almost backed out from doing the ride, but I decided that yes, I’ll do it even with the drizzle.  It was a quick ride through town and I managed to get 9.55 miles in for a total of 216.9 miles (72.3% complete) of the 300-mile goal.
