Day 7 of the 300-mile challenge

 The marine layer is strikes again!  We’ve had the marine layer over us the last few days.  I decided again to take my ride during my lunch hour as it was “warmer” at that time.  Even with my knee hurting, I managed to get 14.1 miles in!  As of right now, I’m 116.0 miles ride - 38.7% completed!  I’m thankful I was able to get the bike ride in, because the rest of the day ended up being challenging.  I remain motivated with this 300-mile challenge and raising money for the American Cancer Society.  Day 8 (Saturday) I plan on taking my long ride of the week.  Probably not as long as my Day 1 ride, but more than what I’ve been averaging throughout the week.
